Aub wrote his own eulogy which may be read below. He is mourned by wife Merrilyn and children Dean, Shane, Nathan and Kirsten and families.

With the passing of Pope Francis, the global church has lost a deeply prayerful and prophetic Christian leader.

In memoriam: Hubert Krenske was born on 20 May 1944 and died on 11 January 2025. Hubert served extensively across Queensland parishes.

In Memoriam: Samuel Simpfendorfer (28/04/1934–2/12/2024). Mourned by wife Alicia, children Diane, Mark, Ruth, David, Naomi and families.
