Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) became legal in Queensland on 1st January 2023. Rev Dr Russell Briese has prepared a paper entitled ‘Offering Pastoral Care to those seeking Voluntary Assisted Dying’.

Frontier School of Mission is Re-starting! After a Covid gap the NSW-ACT district is re-starting the Frontier Program.

The LCAQD is praising God for the upcoming ordination of Jeremy D Smith on 18 December 2022 at St John’s Lutheran Church Corinda Qld at 2.00pm. Jeremy will be ordained as a General Ministry Pastor by Bishop Paul Smith. His first parish will be Kadina.

Prayers and donations are bringing hope, love and care to people in flood-ravaged communities in central New South Wales.
