2024 LLL Mission Outreach Grant Presented at Synod

The 2024 Mission Outreach Grant was presented at this year’s Convention of the District Synod. Ross Smith, CEO Lutheran Laypeople’s League (LLL), delivered a presentation that affirmed LLL’s continued missional purpose, while reflecting on the importance of the ongoing partnership with the LCAQD.

Ross then presented the 2024 Mission Outreach Grant to Our Saviour Lutheran Church Rochedale. The $25,000 grant will go towards their Community Connections Facilitator Project – strengthening existing connections between the congregation, the college at Rochedale, and the broader community, with the aim of facilitating growth.

Ross expressed his delight at this initiative, and reminded delegates that their support enables the continued success of endeavours such as the Rochedale Project.

The grant was received with appreciation by Our Saviour Lutheran Church Rochedale. Ross then prayed for the church and their ministry endeavours.
