58th annual Convention of the Synod – bookings now open

Delegates, bookings are now open for the LCAQD 58th annual Convention of the Synod. A new event booking platform is being used this year, and the booking link you choose will depend upon your role at convention. Please go to https://qld.lca.org.au/events/synod/ and select the relevant booking link, complete your details and pay for catering and the optional Friday Night Dinner Function.

A number of online information sessions to assist delegates in their preparations are available.

1. The first set of sessions, Governance Change Program Update Sessions, are provided by the District Transformation Committee and will include an update on the Governance Change Program, offering insight into current progress and key developments. Four online sessions are scheduled – each session will provide the same information.
2. The second set of sessions, Synod Basics for Beginners, will focus on explaining Synod procedures and processes to support delegates in understanding their role.
