College Chaplain, Pacific Lutheran College (full-time or part-time by negotiation, commencing Jan 2026)

This exciting role has a primary focus of growing opportunities for students to engage deeply in the spiritual life of the College, and the strengthening of youth ministry outside of school hours including connections to the local Lutheran congregation. This intentional development of spiritual formation and culture within the school includes working with the College Pastor to lead and support the worship life of the College, involvement with student leaders through the Pacific Action Groups and engaging students in service opportunities through projects and College partnerships. The College Chaplain and Pastor also support the wellbeing of students by working together with the Pastoral Care team in implementing strategies to care for their emotional and spiritual health.
