Replenish and Grace Laced Women’s Retreats – parallel and intertwined!

On September 17-19 I will be hosting a women’s retreat at the new Ocean outlook building at Luther Heights. Well, it’s actually two retreats, running side-by-side and intertwined! Although we had last year ‘off,’ this will be the third Replenish retreat. Replenish is a relaxed weekend where you can:

• Hang out, relax and chat with other women while having meals and facilities provided;
• Have some uninterrupted time to pursue a hobby, whether it’s:
  • Craft (BYO)
  • Shopping or sight-seeing
  • Walking
  • Board games: this  year we are expecting some game enthusiasts along, so if this is also your thing come prepared to share or learn a game!
• Enjoy quiet contemplation, join us for a Sunday morning devotion or visit a local congregation for worship.

After you sign up we’ll send you some more details about some of these options.

The Grace Laced retreat also runs all weekend, but the set program (for wives of pastors only) will run on Saturday morning until after lunch. Outside that time, Replenish rules apply: relax and enjoy some time out for yourself! Get to know your fellow campers.

Register with a group of friends or come by yourself and find new friends. We have subsidies available to help women in drought-affected areas enjoy a change of scenery. (If you would like to access this subsidy, contact kathy.matuschka@qld.lca.org.au before you register.)
