LYQ Leadership & Learning Coordinator (0.6FTE)

The LYQ Leadership & Learning Coordinator supports the LYQ Ministry Lead (SMP Candidate) in the development and delivery of the Leadership & Learning Schools Program and provides oversight of the Blue Crew and Volunteer team, offering practical ministry experience, leadership development, and hands-on involvement in LYQ’s mission to grow connected, hope-filled people. This role plays a key part in supporting faith formation, leadership pathways and the ongoing development of individuals involved in Lutheran youth ministry. The position requires strong organisational skills, relational capability and a commitment to working within a Christian and Lutheran context.
