Community Connector, Grace Lutheran Church Clontarf (full-time)

Grace Lutheran Church is seeking a passionate Community Connector to build relationships, foster welcome, and inspire outreach that lives out God’s mission in our local community. This role involves a ministry of presence with community contacts, coordinating events, relating with local schools and organisations, developing new pathways for faith exploration and expression, and encouraging church attenders to share their faith in everyday life.  It includes a special emphasis on children and families.

Key Attributes: Mature Christian faith, strong relational skills, initiative, a heart for community engagement, willingness to grow in Lutheran ministry understandings. A commitment to Sunday worship at Grace and to Grace’s mission is also essential.

Requirements: Working with Children Check, police check, driver’s licence, willingness to journey towards LCA layworker accreditation.
