Oakey-Norwin hosts artist for music workshop

Oakey-Norwin Lutheran Parish recently hosted well-known Christian bass guitarist Grant Norsworthy for a weekend of musical workshops in Dalby, Norwin and Toowoomba.

Mr Norsworthy is best known to locals for performing with the Paul Coleman Trio at the Australian Gospel Music Festival in Toowoomba (later Easterfest), and later with the American band, Sonicflood.

Over the course of the weekend, Norsworthy along with audio producer Greg Glanville from Glenvale, worked with  the talented musical team at Bethlehem Church Norwin (which includes musicians from Jondaryan and Biddeston).
Norsworthy’s message was simple – less is more – allowing the team to lead congregations effectively in worship.
