Liturgical colour? Green!
It is in front of us
Long season of green
Some may say
This is boring – nothing but green.
But what do I see?
I see my Lord tending this green
Nurturing where it is needed
And pulling out
Pesky weeds!
It is the season of green
Season to grow, to mature
To become – as we, the church,
Are meant to be
Hurray for the Season of Green!
