Thanksgiving Service
‘We praise the Lord who sets us free; women’s voices being heard.’
St Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Brisbane City will hold a Vespers service in Thanksgiving for the General Synod resolution that allows the ordination of women in the LCANZ. Worship will be led by our Lay Reader Cathy Brown, assisted by Rev Tommi Vuorinen, and Rev Silke Moolman will deliver the sermon.
When: 6pm Sunday 9 February 2025
Where: St Andrew’s Lutheran Church, cnr Turbot and Wharf Streets, Brisbane City
A light supper will be provided after the service. Parking available on site, with additional on-street parking and a commercial car park close by.
