Introducing the LYQ Leading In Faith Together (‘LIFT’) model

Lutheran Youth of Queensland (LYQ) and St Paul’s Lutheran Church Caboolture are celebrating the launch of an innovative partnership for Leadership Development in Youth Ministry. LYQ provides rich experiential learning, an experienced network of professional support and valued partnerships to grow people as youth ministry leaders across LCAQD congregations and schools. Through deep engagement with the LYQ LIFT three-year gradual release of responsibility model, this new initiative intentionally grows the skills, knowledge and experience of authentic leaders in their local communities, creating sustainability and succession. LYQ invests in local church and school settings in support of local needs and context to co-create desired outcomes.
