Synod Art Competition Winners Announced

Proud sponsor Lutheran Lay People’s League in conjunction with the Lutheran Church of Australia Qld District are excited to share the winners across all age categories in the 2024 LCAQD Synod Art Competition. The number of entries to the competition doubled in number this year, and an “Office of the District Choice” category was also added this year.

Artwork was submitted under the Synod theme ‘One in the Spirit, Bound in Peace (Eph.4:3). One Church. One Purpose. Many Ministries’. 

The artworks were presented on 16×20 inch canvas and included paintings, drawings and collage. The winning artworks were on display during Synod, and winners were presented with their prizes at the Saturday night dinner function. Winning artworks will be displayed at Lutheran Church House at Milton for 12 months.
