LLL Mission Outreach Grant 2022

LLL CEO Ross Smith presented the LLL $25,000 Mission Outreach Grant, which will be shared by two congregations who are responding in different ways to their unique contexts:

• Beyond Church Plant, Griffin: for their hybrid church model project. This project invites people to explore spiritual questions within their native social media contexts by integrating digital and physical spaces. It aims to connect the church community for the 167 hours of the week outside Sunday worship ($12,500).
• St John’s Lutheran Church, Emerald: for their multi-purpose area project​. This builds on community recognition from their devotion book project and develops a welcoming space for further outreach in the local community. They want to host events for kindy parents from across the road and a combined youth group with other churches ($12,500).

The grants are helping congregations reach into their communities with the heart of Jesus.
