The Synod Planning Committee is looking for a person in the Lutheran community who would be interested in volunteering their time at this year’s Convention of Synod (10 – 12 June 2022), in the role of Synod Floor Manager.
The Synod Floor Manager is an important function at Synod. The role assists in making sure Synod business sessions and the event (as a whole) runs smoothly by supporting the Synod Chair and District Administrator in actioning requests, running errands and ensuring that items needed for sessions are in place and presenters are equipped to deliver presentations.
The ideal person for the role would also be available to attend ad hoc meetings with the Synod Planning Committee in the lead up to Synod.
