St John’s Lutheran Church, Bundaberg, is looking for a caring person to fill the role of Faith Development Coordinator.

The successful applicant will need to work with our Care Team primarily with the aging members of our congregation but also with our small group ministry with the aim of building established ministries to young families.

Working with our Pastor and Lay team of volunteers to help implement our mission is an essential part of this position and would require reporting regularly to Church Council and the congregation.

The position is available for 2 years with a 6 monthly probationary period and salary would be in line with the LCA Lay Workers Remuneration Schedule 2022.
