Position-Volunteer Manager/Caretaker St Pauls Lodge

St Paul’s Lutheran congregation in Nundah, Queensland, owns and operates a 6-room lodge providing short to medium term accommodation for low-incomeearners. The  manager/caretaker lives on site in a 3-bedroom unit with an office and a small garage and carportfor which they pay a nominal rental charge.

In this unpaid role, the manager/caretaker is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the premises, and the management of residents. The role is seen as an extension of the congregation’s ministry to the community, providing practical care for those needing some support and being a witness to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
