The LCANZ General Church Board and the Australian Lutheran College Board are delighted to announce the appointment of Rev Dr Tim Stringer as the next ALC principal.

The new ALC Principal should be an ordained pastor of the LCANZ, an innovative leader and accomplished theologian with a heart for learners.

ALC is calling for submissions from potential presenters for its 2024 Festival of Learning, which is to be held in February 2024.

The Parkville Plus series is a collaborative academic forum of the University of Divinity, ALC, Pilgrim Theological College & Whitley College.

Australian Lutheran College warmly invites you to attend the Parkeville Plus Seminar, to hear the presentation of three papers.

From 2023, ALC will offer a Diploma in Ministry with a suite of subjects tailored to meet the shape of practical ministry in the LCANZ. 

The Festival of Learning provides an opportunity for people to come together while reflecting on faith, ministry and theology. 

Low student numbers, increased expenses and a decrease in funding mean that the ALC needs to reorganise itself.
