In Memoriam: Reverend Robert Fechner

Pastor Robert Kenneth Fechner died on Saturday 14 January 2023.

We thank God for Pastor Rob’s faithful service to his Lord and the church. Ordained on 12 October 1972 at Waikerie SA, he served at Epping NSW (1973), Canberra ACT (1973), Walla Walla NSW (1973-1980), Grovedale Vic (1980-1991), Orana Aged Care Kingaroy Qld (1993-2002), Kingaroy Qld (2003-2015), retiring on 31 December 2015.

The funeral was held on Friday 27 January 2023 at the Peace Lutheran Church, Koehler Street, Kumbia, followed by interment within the Kumbia Back Road Cemetery.
