The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission has provided guidelines for conducting online AGMs. View or download the guidelines. Bear in mind there might be some state or territory variations. Your District Office will be able to help you.

The District Church Board has published the planned “alternate” date for District Synod 2020. The current plan is for a one-day Synod in the Brisbane area on October 10th. The Synod will be preceded by the District Pastor’s Conference. Next year in 2021, the plan will be to conduct the usual pattern for District Pastors Conference and District Synod 2021
