Strategic Charter Participation Lead, LCAQD (part-time)

The LCAQD is seeking a collaborative, organised and mission-minded person to join the Commission for Mission as our Strategic Charter Participation Lead. Working alongside the Assistant Bishop for Mission, this role will help bring the District’s Strategic Charter to life by supporting initiatives that strengthen congregations, develop leaders, encourage collaboration and create new opportunities for mission and ministry.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational, project coordination and communication skills, an understanding of Lutheran mission and ministry, and a heart for helping people work together.

Position details:

• Up to 0.8 FTE (negotiable)
• Fixed-term appointment of up to three years
• Based at Church House, Milton, with flexibility for regional and remote engagement
