New Horizons 2018 was a blessing to many. The theme for this 2019 is much needed and coincides with the release of a new book and associated video resources by Noel Due and Steen Olsen, called  Spirit Filled: Normal Christian Living. The focus will be on missional leadership with particular reference to the person and work of the Spirit.
