During this retreat you are invited to explore different habits, practices, unforced rhythms of grace such as breath prayers, lectio divina and Christian meditation which help us to slow down, let go and rest in God.
What to bring:
BYO lunch, drink bottle, hat, bible, notebook and pen.
Morning tea will be provided
