Dr Bishop Mark Vainikka\, Bishop LCAQD\nBorn in Finland\, Mark is an immigrant\, a family member and a marathon runner. In 2021 Mark completed a PhD and was also elected as LCAQD Bishop. \nMark passionately believes that mission is God’s work through us. As we join in God’s mission we begin to understand our identity as church. \nFor Mark\, the local congregations and agencies are the foundational mission entities of the LCAQD.
