DESCRIPTION:INVITATION \nContinuing our conversation on ordaining both women and men in the LCNZA \nWHAT: A workshop addressing key ways forward in the conversation on ordaining both women and men in the LCNZA\, guiding Bishop Paul Smith’s input to the 2021 College of Bishops meeting with the GCB on this topic. \nWHERE: Bethany Lutheran Church\, 86 Raceview St\, Raceview\, Ipswich. \nWHEN: Saturday February 20th\, 2021. \nTIME: 9am – 12pm. \nREGISTRATION: Only registered attendees can participate due to COVID19 restrictions. \nYou are invited to join Bishop Paul Smith at the Bethany Lutheran Church\, Raceview\, Ipswich on Saturday February 20th between 9am and 12pm for a second workshop on ways forward regarding the conversation of ordaining both men and women in our Church. \nThis workshop has been commissioned by our District Church Board of the LCAQD. \nThe workshop is to enable Bishop Paul to bring guided reflection from a cross-section of LCAQD members to the next joint meeting of the GCB and the College of Bishops\, which will address the way forward on the ordination question in our Church. \nThere is a limit on the number of participants who may attend\, on account of COVID 19 restrictions.  Therefore pre-registration is essential.  It will not be possible to register on the day of the event.
