LEQ Appoints New Director Identity & Formation

Lutheran Education Qld has appointed Rev. Brenton Altmann to the position of Director – Identity & Formation. Pastor Brenton has served as a teaching College Pastor since 1991 in a number of Lutheran schools in Queensland and brings a considerable depth of experience and insight to the role.

The focus is to support our schools and early years services in the five essential practices of Identity & Formation, which are: Spiritual Formation of Staff, Teaching of Christian Studies, Service Learning, Pastoral and Restorative Practices, and School Chaplaincy.

Pastor Brenton has shared “I am very excited about joining and serving with the team at LEQ as God continues to inspire and empower those opportunities to engage with students, staff and families in the blessing of the Gospel.”
